Rev. David J Kingston attended the University of Toronto in the mid 80's where his study focus was primarily Accounting, Economics and English. It was during his time at U of T that he felt called to fulltime ministry. He graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Theology Degree. He and his wife Shirley have pastored in 5 Ontario communities in almost 20 years of ministry.

Pastor Kingston, his wife Shirley, and three children Stephen, Jonathan and Meredith, have been in Simcoe since May of 2003. They have a heart to be relevant and helpful to the church body and surrounding community.
